Proposals are requested that support this year's theme and tracks.

  • Military Student Services (Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced)
  • Veteran Student Services (Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced)
  • Nursing/Allied Health

New This Year: Pre-Conference Workshop Proposal

We invite those who would like to present in a workshop format to submit proposals for 2-hour interactive sessions. The focus may be on any of the Concurrent Session topics, or of a subject that would be highly valued by symposium attendees. Criteria for selection remain the same as for concurrent sessions, however, the timeframe allows a deeper investigation of the featured topic.

Proposal Review Process

All proposals will be evaluated by the Concurrent Sessions' committee and reviewed by the CCME Executive Board. Evaluations will be based on the items noted below.

  • Description and quality of content
  • Adherence to conference theme and track title
  • Broadness in scope
  • Clear purpose and content
  • Intent of the proposal to engage the audience

Once the Concurrent Sessions' committee has vetted all proposal submissions, those that have been selected will be submitted to the CCME Executive Board for their review and final approval at the CCME Board Meeting in October. Notifications will then go out in late October.

  • All presenters will be required to register for the conference
  • Main POC for each presentation is responsible for disbursing all information to their group
  • One presenter from each group will be required to supply a laptop and all necessary adapters
