Creating Career-Based Learning Communities for Military-Affiliated Students

Explore how career development can impact key educational outcomes. This presentation will include quantitative and qualitative evidence demonstrating how career-based learning communities designed for military-affiliated, non-traditional students can positively impact retention, graduation, and job placement rates. The session will also include an in-depth review of a successful program structure for replication at other institutions.
