Creating a Partnership-Driven Academic Skills Initiative Designed to Become Army-Owned

At Fort Rucker, the NCOA and Troy University partnered to create a Writing Refresher program for NCO candidates and Writing Response Course for NCOA Cadre to address academic skills gaps. This session outlines the processes for needs assessment, program design, and program implementation, from early stages to program hand-off and would benefit both military entities and their potential community partners. A question and answer period will follow the session, and we will share template assets.
