Improving the efficieny of future opportunity: Bridging the gap between veterans and continuing education.

Successful integration of Enterprise technology solution rely on flexibility of requirements while holding true to base functionality. The Navy JST proponent and Army have successfully integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) functionality for Military Services requiring real time solutions for handling Service Member JST inquiries. This session provides an overview of the process used to successfully implement an enterprise solution for all Services resolving JST inquiries.
