The degree to which a student is engaged is a proven indicator of academic success. While colleges and universities have ramped up services in the years following the passage of the Post-9/11 GI Bill, institutions are constantly seeking opportunities to enhance connectivity with their students. Campus and student demographics combined with fiscal constraints create challenges and opportunities. What contemporary strategies exist to *bridge the gap* between institutions and students to optimize degree attainment?
