Quality can be so elusive. That's why the Online Learning Consortium, since its founding in 1992, has focused on understanding and quantifying indicators of quality. Most recently, OLC has developed an ancillary scorecard identifying the indicators of quality for higher education institutions serving military and veteran learners. The scorecard is used in parallel with one of OLC's comprehensive scorecards. This session will showcase the scorecard and highlight implementation approaches for higher education administrators.
