Mr. Aaron McElroy

Aaron McElroy is the Director of Avature Federal, the government solutions practice for Avature, the leading SaaS provider of talent acquisition and talent management solutions for global enterprise customers. Mr. McElroy has over 25 years of experience developing talent strategies in the commercial and federal markets. He was the founder and CEO of Provato, a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and strategic consulting firm which helps small government contractors compete for business through effective talent strategies. In 2016, Mr. McElroy joined Avature to serve and expand a portfolio of large government contracting firms, as well as launching a business practice to serve state and federal agencies. Today, Mr. McElroy serves as a strategic advisor to Avature customers such as the United States Postal Service and agencies within the US Intelligence Community, helping them use CRM strategy to better attract, hire, retain, and develop talent.

Mr. McElroy earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Political Science from Millikin University and completed the Justice/Public Law Program at The American University.
