JANICE TEETER
Social Media Manager - Public Affairs Committee
As the Military Strategic Partnership Manager for Park University, Jan Teeter coordinates and supports military and veteran programs across the entire university, focusing on the Texas region by forging connections with external partners (including education leadership, military commands, corporations, veteran executives, Veteran Service Organizations, community partners, alums, federal programs, and other universities) to develop resources and networks that serve Park University’s military service-affiliated students and dependents, as well as the communities which they are located. As a Campus Center Director at the Goodfellow AFB Campus, Jan maintains a robust presence, network, and student body at the Goodfellow Campus Center and maintains strong network relationships on the installation and within the local community.
Jan has worked in the higher education and software technology training fields for the past six years. She holds a Master’s in Educational Administration and a Bachelor’s of Professional Studies from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, and spent her first few years of college at Mount Holyoke College, in Massachusetts, studying East Asian Studies with a focus on Mandarin.
Jan Teeter serves on the Greater Killeen Chamber of Commerce Military Relations Council, and the San Angelo Chamber of Commerce Military Affairs Committee, and likes to volunteer for Warrior Rising, the Grunt Style Foundation, and Remember Our Military.
Jan Teeter grew up as a Military Child at Fort Hood, Texas, and is a Veteran Spouse.
